Juices: Drinking juice in the morning half an hour before any meal is the most beneficial time to have fresh juice. At this time, your stomach is empty. It can absorb anything you consume.

Sugary Foods/Desserts: Our body insulin is more effective in fighting sugar in the morning. The chances of you burning sugar throughout the day via your daily activities are more.
